Tara is the Head of Knowledge in the EMEA region for Norton Rose and has held this position since 2012. Prior to this, Tara was a transactional lawyer with the firm in the area of asset finance and structured trade finance. Tara has a degree from King’s College London and a Maîtrise from the University of Paris 1 - La Sorbonne.

Mathew is the Global Director at Phoenix Business Solutions based out of the UK. He has worked in the Legal IT industry for over ten years and has spent the last 3 years building Phoenix' overseas offices. Mathew has vast experience of both national and international  law firm strategy and has been involved in many of the recent merger projects in the UK and Australia.
Lisa Swaine

Lisa is a partner in the Insurance & Legal Liability Practice Group of Webber Wentzel. She has a BA (WITS), BIuris, and LLB from UNISA and has practiced in the firm's litigation and dispute resolution team since 1997. Lisa appeared in The International Who's Who of Insurance & Re-Insurance Lawyers 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Samantha Hogben

Samantha specialises in corporate and commercial legal advice on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets and company law. Samantha previously practiced law with Bowman Gilfillan in Johannesburg and Linklaters in London and was an investment banker at Rothschild.

Katja is the Director of Corporate Legal Consulting at Janders Dean. She has over a decade’s experience in the legal industry, and has worked in senior management positions at BAE Systems, Bird & Bird LLP, Linklaters LLP, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.

Tracy joined Virgin in 2011, after spending nine years dedicated to the plight of orphaned and vunerable children across South Africa through the Starfish Gratehearts Foundation of which she is a founding member and served as CEO for a time. Prior to Starfish Tracy worked for Deutsche Bank London in Global Markets.
